Job Description
This position requires but is not limited to shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking/merchandising, cleaning and organizing.
This job position will require maintaining knowledge of all merchandise on the sales floor, in back stock .
This job will require tracking inventory as requested, & keeping the sales floor well stocked. This position is very physical & requires doing tasks quickly and with accuracy.
The person in this job is responsible for preparing, packaging & shipping orders; as well as building & packaging gift boxes in a professional & attractive manner.
Maintaining a very organized, clean, and safe stockroom that allows for all members and staff to easily identify and locate products is a must.
The majority of the time this position is moving fast paced, unpacking, pricing & stocking the floor especially during the summer months.

- Attention to detail in processing orders correctly and receiving shipments.

- Must be able to multitask & still maintain quality in all duties performed.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling customer shipping orders including building gift boxes neatly / professionally.
- Creating shipping labels for outgoing packages and scheduling pick-ups.
- Answering phones, taking shipping orders, and answering customer questions.
- Checking in product/inventory that arrives daily in a quick and organized manner, making sure all items are accounted for as well as being diligent in checking for any damaged items, missing items, or discrepancies.
- Taking great care with any packing slips/invoices/paperwork and making detailed notes.
- Pricing items, stocking products in the store, and storing product as back stock in an organized manner.
- Stocking product daily on the floor and taking inventory.
- Must be ok with being asked to stop what ever you are in the middle of to perform a different job task & then be able to go back to the original task.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and work at a fast pace with accuracy.
- Must be able to stay on task
- Must be able to multitask & still maintain quality work
- Must be able to maintain a clutter free/clean environment daily.
- Must be able to follow management instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to come to work each day with a positive attitude.
