Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections with a monthly base salary of $10,000

Expected Earnings: Previous associates have earned over $175,000 annually working just 20 hours per week

Daily Guarantee: Yes, Included within monthly base

The Opportunity

This opportunity offers a well-balanced schedule and a consistently busy patient flow. The associate will work 20–35 hours per week (3-4 days), with flexibility available.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry, fillings, and crowns

• Endodontics (root canals)

• Extractions

• Implants

• Orthodontics

You’ll be supported by modern technology and tools, which include:

• CBCT with panoramic and cephalometric capabilities

• Primescan intraoral scanner and milling unit

• Implant equipment

• Endodontic tools (apex locator, rotary files, etc.)

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist seeking autonomy and strong earnings
