What you’ll do:
• Prepare accurate project estimates and bids
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
• Review plans, specifications, and job costs
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in construction estimating and project management (5 years preferred)
• Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
