What You'll Do
- Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with pediatricians, therapists, schools, psychologists, and community organizations.
- Generate Leads: Identify referral opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up.
- Conduct Field Outreach: Visit local providers, make calls, send emails, and meet with potential referral partners.
- Promote Our Services: Educate providers and community partners about Blue Gems ABA and our referral process.
- Attend Events: Represent Blue Gems ABA at community events, resource fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Track Results: Maintain records of outreach, referrals, meetings, and leads in our tracking system.
- Collaborate: Work with intake, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to strengthen partnerships and support referral growth.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, business development, sales, or community outreach preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
- Comfortable with frequent local travel and in-person visits.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and professional networking platforms preferred.
- A professional, approachable presence and a genuine interest in helping families access care.
