What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
- Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Treatment plan reviews
- Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs
- Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
