Operating out of our newly completed office in Watkinsville, GA, we are growing and looking for the right person to join our Construction Project Management team.
About the Role
At Blue Frog, our Construction Project Managers are the driving force behind successful projects and exceptional client experiences. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented leader who takes full ownership of projects from start to finish while collaborating across a fully integrated design-build team.
This is an in-office role in Watkinsville, GA, with occasional travel to job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service
- Work in tandem with field superintendents to deliver a seamless, high-quality build experience
- Collaborate across all departments, including sales, design, estimation, accounting, field operations, and warranty

Preferred Skills & Experience
- 4 years in construction management (ideal for an experienced PM, APM ready to step up, or a past superintendent with experience in managing complex budgets)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and provide guidance to field teams
- Familiarity with construction management software/technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Outlook, Excel)
