We’re looking for a skilled landscape foreman who knows hardscape work, understands how landscapes should be built, and can lead a crew without making the job harder than it needs to be.
Blue Fox Landscape Design has been creating unique, horticulturally sound landscapes in the North Hills for over 30 years. We don’t chase trends, rush jobs, or cut corners. Our clients trust us because we build things the right way — and we want someone who takes pride in that.
This role is a great fit if you:
- Know your way around hardscape construction (walls, patios, steps, grading, drainage)
- Understand how plants, soil, and construction work together
- Can run a jobsite calmly, clearly, and efficiently
- Lead by example instead of yelling

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading daily design/build landscape projects (hardscape planting)
- Running the jobsite — layout, workflow, quality control
- Working hands-on alongside your crew
- Making sure tools, equipment, and materials are used correctly
- Teaching and guiding crew members as needed
- Communicating with clients in a professional, respectful way
- Keeping projects clean, safe, and well organized
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in landscape construction (hardscape experience is a must)
- Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
- Solid understanding of planting practices and horticulture
- Ability to operate equipment safely and confidently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors and stay physically active
- You MUST have a valid drivers license

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
