About the Role
Cali‑Blaze is seeking reliable, detail‑oriented Production Line Employees to join our manufacturing team. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting key production activities such as creating prerolls, operating our capping line, and sorting material to maintain product quality. You’ll play an essential part in keeping our production floor running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Preroll Production:
- Weigh, fill, pack, and finish prerolls according to company standards.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality throughout the process
Capping Line Operation:
- Set up, operate, and monitor the capping line machinery.
- Ensure proper sealing, cap placement, and packaging of products.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
Material Sorting:
- Sort, sift, and prepare material for production.
- Identify and remove stems to maintain product quality.
General Production Support:
- Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Work collaboratively with the production team and supervisors.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
