Your Responsibilities as a Sewing Machine Operator:
- Create & Sew: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot sewing machines while ensuring our high-quality standards.
- Master Your Craft: Use computer-aided design software to create patterns and adjust garments.
- Stay Organized: Maintain production schedules and keep inventory of materials.
- Monitor Progress: Track production time and keep an eye on garment quality.
- Follow Safety Guidelines: We take safety seriously, and we need you to help maintain a safe work environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Attention to Detail: You’ll need great hand-eye coordination and a sharp eye for quality.
- Sewing Skills: Proven sewing experience with a knowledge of fabrics and sewing techniques.
- Adaptability: You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to switch between tasks as needed.
- Communication: Effective communication skills are essential as you work with a dynamic team.
- Ability to Work Independently & with Others: You’re a self-starter but know when to ask for help.

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven sewing experience and knowledge of different fabrics and sewing techniques.
- Ability to safely use a variety of sewing machines.
