Indigo Kitchen is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our team!
We’re a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen with a local neighborhood vibe. Teamwork, positivity, and fresh food are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen, dish area, and restaurant clean and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Keep dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
Maintain a clean and organized dish area
Help keep the kitchen, floors, and work areas clean throughout the shift
Complete morning bathroom cleaning and other opening cleaning duties before service
Take out trash and recycling as needed
Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and prep tasks
Training in basic food preparation may be provided and may be required as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
Communicate with the kitchen team and help wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
Dependable and punctual
Hardworking and able to stay on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and other common areas
Willingness to learn and take direction
Willingness to learn basic kitchen prep when needed
Team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift, carry, bend, and work around water and cleaning products
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
