To keep our operations running at peak performance, we are hiring an Inventory Coordinator with expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
What You Will Do
- Manage warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and material handling
- Oversee standardized truck stock programs and weekly bin exchanges
- Handle procurement: source, order, and track delivery of materials, parts, and equipment
- Stage and kit special order items to ensure job readiness
- Maintain vendor partnerships to secure reliable supply and favorable pricing
- Track small tool inventory, specialty equipment, and fleet maintenance schedules
- Record inventory transactions and generate reports in ServiceTitan or related systems
- Experience: 2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement, supply chain, or logistics (plumbing, HVAC, or construction preferred)
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Traits: Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented self-starter
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in shop or warehouse environments
