Full-Time Associate Dentist
Blue Earth Family Dental & Mapleton Family DentalBlue Earth & Mapleton, Minnesota
Step Into a Busy Schedule — Not a Practice You Have to Build!
We are seeking a motivated full-time associate dentist to join our established, thriving practices in southern Minnesota.
Our current associate is relocating to be closer to family, creating an excellent opportunity for a dentist to step directly into a busy, established full-time schedule with strong production and a steady flow of new patients.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Established, productive full-time schedule ready for immediate transition
- Strong historical production and excellent earning potential
- Consistent flow of new patients and a large existing patient base
- Minimal insurance contracts and limited local competition
- No lab fee deductions from associate compensation
- Freedom to select and work with your preferred dental laboratories
- Experienced, supportive staff and licensed dental assistants
- Established hygiene departments
- CBCT imaging and digital intraoral scanners
- Modern technology and efficient clinical workflows
- Clinical autonomy and opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry
- Mentorship and clinical support available
The Position
Our incoming associate will take over an established patient schedule rather than having to build one from scratch.
We offer a supportive practice environment that allows dentists to focus on providing excellent patient care while enjoying clinical independence.
Our associate agreement is designed to support that independence, including no deductions for dental laboratory expenses and the ability to choose your own preferred labs. We believe doctors should have flexibility in selecting the materials and laboratory partners that best support their clinical standards.
Why Rural Minnesota?

Enjoy the benefits of small-town living with convenient access to Mankato and surrounding communities.
