The Senior Customer & Market Insights (CMI) Manager is responsible for generating insights related to U.S. brand performance and evaluating international trends within the molecular imaging portfolio. The position supports activities such as in-line commercial execution and new product launch planning in the U.S., while also monitoring international trends, competitive developments, and emerging market dynamics that may influence strategic decisions in the diagnostic imaging sector.
This is a hybrid role that requires the incumbent to be in the office (located at 197 First Avenue, Needham, MA) three days per week minimum.
Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks
- Lead market research projects with relevant internal stakeholders: Research planning and execution; defining RFP, vendor selection and management and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Monitor market performance by utilizing secondary national data in combination with primary research methods, including ATU and NPS analysis.
- Manages US national and international activities regarding news and competitive intelligence tracking in the news for US and International for Molecular Imaging.
- Maintain the Insights Platform with relevant market tracking insights and international market and competitive intelligence
- Provide support for strategic international projects as needed.
- Champion compliance and quality standards at all times, establishing robust processes to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, reliability, and integrity of insights.
- Stay updated on research methodologies and data sources for molecular imaging
- Other duties as dictated by business needs
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of professional experience in market research or customer insights ideally within either molecular imaging, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
- Exceptional candidates with strong market research experience in other industries will also be considered, particularly those with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply insights in complex, regulated environments.
- Proven ability to conduct and manage comprehensive research projects, from planning through execution and reporting.
- Experience supporting both mature brands and new product launches
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare and access dynamics is preferred; global exposure or experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage primary and secondary research, vendors, and internal stakeholders, strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually
