eReporting to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, the Junior Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing and digital initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in managing the company’s social media presence, supporting promotional material review processes, and assisting with broader digital marketing programs
.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and paid media, along with an interest in working within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing leadership as well as internal stakeholders including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry guideline
s.
This position will operate on a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working onsite 3 days a week in our office located at 197 First Avenue, Needham,
MA.

Social Media Strategy & Exec
