We are hiring dependable Season Closers to help us finish out the season! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are personable, professional, and able to enforce rules while providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to observe guest behavior and deal with it appropriately.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies and confrontational situations.
- Ability to follow routine, as well as verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 .
- Must be available weekends & holidays (some on-call shifts).
- Reliable transportation and a working cell phone with data plan (GPS check-ins required).
- Able to stay firm when enforcing rules.
- Comfortable working outdoors (standing, sitting, bending, sun exposure).
Duties:
- Enforce pool rules and verify resident/guest identities.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool area and restrooms.
- Provide great customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Complete written logs and reports.
Schedule:
- Weekends, holidays, and flexible weekday shifts.
- Position runs through the end of the season.
