We are a small , family owned business, looking for some great team mates to join our company. We added a new product line and are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing and shipping team. In this new role, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our production line, ensuring products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will " float " between different jobs and help us perfect each operation. Your hands-on expertise and mechanical aptitude will help drive continuous process improvements and uphold safety protocols across the facility. Responsibilities
- Operate tools safely to move materials and assist with assembly tasks
- Interpret work orders to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing processes
- Use measuring instruments and manual handling techniques to verify product specifications and quality standards
- Assemble components on the production line, adhering to safety standards and process guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, including warehouse areas, to promote safety and efficiency
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements in workflow or safety practices
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance with manufacturing standards, including lifting procedures and equipment operation
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with assembly operations and mechanical assembly tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling equipment.
- Ability to operate hand tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical devices effectively. We are happy to train the right candidates.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including manual handling and lifting techniques.
