We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to help keep our technicians equipped, organized, and ready to serve customers throughout the region.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Pull and stage materials for scheduled HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs
- Load and unload deliveries and incoming shipments
- Stock service vehicles with required materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Process warranty returns and vendor shipments
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Support technicians and field managers with material requests
Qualifications
What You Need:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials on a regular basis
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services is a plus
