A growing outdoor hospitality investment group is hiring a Campground Manager to oversee operations for a large-scale campground in Central Ohio. Role Overview:
As Campground Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and ensuring guest satisfaction at the campground. You will lead on-site staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and work closely with senior leadership to maintain brand standards, maximize profitability, and drive strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily campground operations, including front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and amenities.
- Hire, train, and manage property-level staff to ensure a best-in-class guest experience.
- Monitor and analyze property performance; manage budgets, staffing, and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities for maintenance, landscaping, and equipment needs.
- Evaluate opportunities for portfolio enhancement and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or multi-site operations; campground/RV experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in budget management, team leadership, and guest service excellence.
- Comfortable working on-site daily and occasionally traveling to regional properties.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational disciplines.
