While employed at Blue Door, you will be required to master a variety of disciplines, to include, laminating, shaping and baking viennoiserie and artisan breads; formally plated desserts, and both day and night baking shifts.
Regardless of the shift, you will work 4 days each week and be given 3 days off.
Starting salary is commensurate with your skills and experience and is estimated at $16 - $21 and hour. There is opportunity for advancement.
You must have experience working in a professional bakery and / or formal education in baking and pastry and display a passion and love for this aspect of the culinary field.
