Additionally, our technicians work closely with other manufacturers. We provide parts and service for almost any car wash equipment on the market.
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Parts & Warehouse Coordinator to support our service, installation, and customer operations. This hands-on position combines inventory management, purchasing, shipping and receiving, customer service, and warehouse responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Place daily and weekly orders with vendors
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Prepare and ship customer orders
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and organization of parts and materials
- Work closely with service technicians and installers to ensure they have the parts and supplies needed for scheduled work
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, and product availability
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and office environment
- Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Inventory control
- Shipping and receiving
- Warehouse operations
- Parts sales or parts department experience
- Purchasing and vendor relations
