Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivables, filing, generating reports and presentations, assisting with meetings, appointments, and reordering supplies.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Assist with the maintenance and communications related to employee and vendor schedules.
Requirements:
- Excellent Computer Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook Required, Quickbooks
- 2 Years of Experience in an Office Environment Required
- Ability to Adapt to Changes in Work Place
- Attention to detail
