This is not a retail sales position. We are looking for a driven individual who can build trust with homeowners, identify project opportunities, develop solutions, and guide clients through the remodeling process from concept to contract.
Our company provides design-build services throughout Central Texas, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home remodels, outdoor living spaces, custom millwork, countertops, and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners and prospective clients
- Conduct project consultations and site visits
- Identify client goals, needs, and budgets
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams
- Present proposals and construction agreements
- Follow up on leads and maintain client communication
- Build referral relationships with realtors, designers, and industry partners
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Represent Blue Diamond Design Build professionally in the community
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction plans and scopes is a plus

- Draw provided during onboarding and training period
- Company-generated leads available
- Ongoing support from estimating, design, and production teams
- After the initial eight-week ramp-up period, compensation transitions to full commission
- First Year Potential: $80,000 - $150,000
- Top Performers: $150,000 - $250,000
There is no cap on earnings.
