This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Support Supervisor at Blue Diamond® Attachments. The Sales Support Supervisor will oversee and guide the sales support team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers and internal sales teams. This role entails training staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service to support the company’s sales objectives. The supervisor will conduct performance evaluations, address customer concerns, and work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions for improving sales processes
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to liaise effectively with teams and customers
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in Training teams to build knowledge, consistency, and competence
- Proven aptitude in Sales, with a clear understanding of sales processes and customer management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory sales support role is a plus
