We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist with 2 years of experience who loves accuracy, communication, and keeping materials moving. In this role, you’ll update PO data, work closely with suppliers, and help keep production flowing smoothly—directly supporting the quality Blue Diamond is known for.
What You’ll Do
- Update and maintain purchase orders in Syteline
- Track supplier schedules and share updates
- Support Sales with accurate availability and timelines
- Convert purchase requisitions quickly and correctly
- Resolve pricing/quantity issues with suppliers
- Keep PO records clean and current
- Help prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Inventory, and Finance
What You Bring
- 2 years in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, or admin with strong data accuracy
- Expert-level Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems (Syteline a plus)
- Clear and confident communication with vendors and internal teams
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to follow and improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required
