Entry-Level HVAC Technician
Position: Entry-Level HVAC Technician / HVAC Helper
We are looking for a motivated, dependable person to join our HVAC team. This is an entry-level position and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the heating and cooling trade and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air-conditioning systems
- Help experienced technicians with daily HVAC work
- Learn how to install and work with ductwork, equipment, thermostats, and controls
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions and company safety procedures
Qualifications:
- No previous HVAC experience required; training will be provided
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Reliable and dependable
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job-site conditions
- Must have reliable transportation
- HVAC experience or trade-school training is a plus, but not required
