Treasury Analyst II

Blue Cross of Idaho’s Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Analyst who is eager to learn, ready to take initiative, and excited to grow. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, dynamic professional who wants to build a strong foundation in treasury while gaining hands-on experience across key functions including cash forecasting, liquidity management, capital planning, and other core treasury responsibilities.

In this role, you will support daily cash operations, analyze financial data, and assist with banking and investment-related activities. You will work closely with experienced finance leaders and cross-functional partners, making this an ideal position for someone with a go-getting mentality who is energized by solving problems, taking ownership, and contributing to a high-performing team.

This role reports to the Manager, Treasury/Accounting. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho. A hybrid work schedule is supported.

To Be Considered For This Opportunity, You Must Have

Experience: 3 years’ accounting/finance, related field experience, or equivalent in education

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

We’d Also Love It If You Had

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software

In This Role, We Will Ask You To

• Monitor and analyze cash flow, liquidity and banking activities across multiple organizations
• Assist with cash forecasting and daily cash management
• Support modeling for capital planning projects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  
  

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $66,353 to $92,894. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).

The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
