Why this job matters:
Engage in efforts to increase community involvement and visibility with members and embed a streamlined customer experience within the organization. Provide member education related to segment-specific programs and products. Collaborate with division management to drive strategy and end-to-end management of customer experience delivered across all customer touch points.
What you will do:
- Support efforts to increase community visibility and involvement with members enrolled in segment-specific programs. Partner with community organizations (e.g. RI Department of Elderly Affairs, Senior Centers, etc…), government agencies, and local businesses to coordinate community outreach and educational events.
- Facilitate and conduct educational seminars and participate in community development activities to promote segment-specific markets throughout the state.
- Assess end-to-end business policies, processes, and practices which currently stand in the way of delivering customer experience strategy. Provide consultative support to internal business owners to design, streamline, and manage the customer experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor experience improvement plans across major touch points, develop key performance indicators to track and monitor progress.
- Monitor and track experiences for members in segment programs across multiple channels and marketing campaigns; collaborate with internal business areas to ensure consistency of communication initiatives and outreaches to targeted populations.
- Manage department projects and initiatives.
- Seek out and identify local marketing events and sales opportunities (i.e. health and wellness fairs, educational seminars, web tutorials etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Location:
BCBSRI is headquartered in downtown Providence, conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal. We actively support associate well-being and work/life balance and offer the following schedules, based on role:
- In-office: onsite 5 days per week
- Hybrid: onsite 2-4 days per week
- Remote: onsite 0-1 days per week. Permitted to reside in the following states, pending approval from the Human Resources Department: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia
Salary : $56,100 - $84,000
