The Provider Network Solutions (PNS) Training & Education Coordinator will support in training activities including readiness of materials and scheduling training activities. Position will available as internal liaison across the company for business teams who request training materials and opportunities to work to understand and receive training to support provider network engagement. Coordinator will assist the manager and PNS leadership team with content management and readiness, identifying and coordinating necessary content updates. Proofreading and ensuring comprehensive training and educational materials are available to ensure the understanding and acceptance of the materials are always ready. This position directly supports the Manager PNS Training & Education and offer divisional support to the Training Program Manager as appropriate. This position will work closely with PNS leadership team to provide training material in written and electronic formats as requested and/or scheduled.

Compensation
$23.00 - $27.30

What you’ll do
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Coordinate and schedule online and in-person training events.
- Assist in identifying resource training within BCBSKS for business teams who work with and rely on PNS data, systems, and contracting.
- Coordinate the design of training materials for content identified by and with input from the Manager PNS Training & Education to satisfy different PNS team/position needs to tailor content by audience and job function to maximize training success.
- Assign PNS cross-divisional learning partners / navigators for new team members and continuous learning updates for existing employees.
- Ensure training and materials are reviewed and approved by internal stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, Operations, and IT to ensure training programs are current with industry information and meet broader organizational development strategies.
- Track training completion and submitted suggestions for training improvement.
- Maintain and provide training logs to PNS leadership to assist in the review of employee knowledge and performance.
- Maintain attendance logs and training summaries for internal BCBSKS audiences outside of PNS team members. Report logs to PNS leadership.
- Responsible for post-training survey management and documentation of successes as well as areas of improvement for ongoing development of training and education materials.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of different learning strategies to assist in designing training and education deliverable to adapt training successfully for different methods of learners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate, industry, and regulatory standards to assist in identification of training and educational material updates as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced skill in writing, proofreading technical or educational materials.
- Excel at interpersonal skills, demonstrating advanced collaboration.
- Coordinate readiness and delivery of training materials and content.
- Understand the divisional and department business teams to support delivery and scheduling of training required to succeed in supporting professional relations and network management activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to deliver complex content in engaging and understandable ways.

What you need
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or business administration preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in administrative support or training/education coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite applications.
Bonus if you have
- Prior experience in healthcare, health insurance, or provider network management with familiarity with health insurance operations and industry regulations highly preferred.
