Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the recruitment and
selection of qualified applicants for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of

- Implement sourcing strategies to identify passive talent and build
opportunities.
- Recruit, screen and Interview candidates for select positions, and
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a
- Understand and execute department processes to create and maintain
- Plan daily recruitment activities around the needs of various
