Crew Lead

This is more than a physical job — it’s a leadership opportunity. You’ll be trusted to manage logistics on-site, represent our brand with professionalism, and help build the culture that sets Blue Cow apart in Central Iowa.

• Lead a 2–4 person moving crew through residential and commercial jobs
• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and delicate items
• Direct onsite logistics, communicate with customers, and troubleshoot in real time
• Ensure job efficiency, team safety, and top-tier customer service
• Complete daily paperwork, mileage logs, and inventory tracking
• Train new crew members and model best practices
• Uphold and enforce Blue Cow’s standards for safety, appearance, and care

• Leadership experience in moving, logistics, or physical labor preferred
• Strong communication, accountability, and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and staying active all day
• Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record strongly preferred
• Background check required for final candidates
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused

• $20–$28/hour base pay depending on experience
• $8–$12/hour in average tips
