Blue Cow Ice Cream, Co. is seeking a part-time team member to join our (Greengate/Short Pump) Team!

Position Overview:
As a Shift Lead, you will support shop operations by having positive interactions with customers and team members, making our shop the best place to visit and Blue Cow an awesome place to work.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests and team members in a positive and friendly manner supporting a culture of hospitality and service
- Oversee and complete all shift work including greeting and serving customers, packing take out orders, operating point of sale, completing shift checklists, assisting with inventory, etc.
- Maintain all shop refrigeration equipment through routine monitoring, cleaning, and defrosting
- Being a shop key-holder to open/close the store which includes accurately and efficiently counting the opening and closing drawers
- Ensure product integrity and service excellence by following standard operating procedures
- Ensure the shop is inviting and clean, and in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Respond to customer questions and complaints, providing appropriate resolution and escalating to the Manager if required.
- Working with Management and fellow Shift Leads to take charge of your shift and guide the team on accomplishing all tasks to Blue Cow standards
Requirements:
- Must be 18 with previous leadership experience
- Have availability for scheduling 15 hours per week - nights, weekends and some holidays required. FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED (FRI-SUN) We're specifically seeking OPEN or FLEXIBLE (4 days) availability at this time.
- Reliable transportation necessary
