Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Mesquite, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting new or used RVs by understanding their needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product offerings, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and collaborating with the finance team to address customer payment solutions. The Salesperson will also engage in generating leads and follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in retail, automotive, or RV sales, with a focus on understanding product details and process management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of sales tools, CRM software, and basic office applications for documentation and client tracking.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a commitment to achieving sales targets and providing a positive customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous sales experience or RV-specific knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer availability.
