POSITIONS WE ARE HIRING FOR

Sales Associates - $75k-$100k. If you enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the perfect RV for their adventures, this is the role for you! We offer industry-leading training, growth opportunities, and the ability to earn great income while helping families create lifelong memories.

THE ROLE: The Sales Associate engages customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless, high-energy buying experience. This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Generate new business through phone outreach and social media engagement
• Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools
• Build rapport and guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions
• Present solutions that align with customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale
• Follow up to drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty
  
  
  

RV Technicians - $20-$40 with production bonuses. Looking for individuals skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical repair, or maintenance. Whether experienced or newer to the industry, we offer training, career paths, and certifications to help you grow your technical skills and career.

THE ROLE:

• Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance on RVs including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections
• Install RV accessories including hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, furniture, and more
• Track all parts and materials used and ensure proper documentation of diagnostics, cause, and repairs in work orders
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and managers about job status, additional needs, and timing
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards before returning to the customer
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Attend required all paid company training and stay up to date with product knowledge
