- Have professional RV repair and service experience
- Have experience diagnosing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roofing, structural, or other RV systems
- Are skilled at troubleshooting and completing repairs accurately and efficiently
- Understand how to manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment
- Take pride in quality workmanship and strong productivity
- Are dependable, safety-minded, and committed to providing excellent service
- Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Hold RVTI, manufacturer, or other relevant technical certifications
- Automotive or diesel repair
- Electrical systems
