BCI fulfillment is a fast growing private owned e-commerce fulfillment company, with over 20 warehouse locations cross the country.
Senior Sales
Your position in this role is identifying new business opportunities, responding to new customers’ question, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and building a portfolio of clients.
You are expected to work with our marketing team, making calls to new prospective businesses and response to new customers’ questions and push to land the business with other team’s assist. This role reports to the Sales Manager
Shift: Monday- Friday from 9am to 5 pm full time,
Duties & Responsibilities:
Utilizing a variety of tools and your skill to find new companies that could be a good fit for our services
Utilizing your knowledge and work with marketing team to achieve new sales
Utilizing email, text, and social media techniques to improve the chances of successfully setting meetings or land the new business
Learn to become a expert in this industry and expect to be promoted
Utilizing Salesforce and other tools to manage customer and keep notes on all interactions
Share your bright idea or thinking with team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Supply chain , Logistics or a related field
Previous sales in logistics experience preferred but not a MUST, Previous experience in sales management is a PLUS
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office(excel) is a MUST, skill in PPT is a PLUS, skill in social media is a PLUS
You will need to be self-motivated , work with our team and driven for success
