QA/QC Manager

This position may be located in major metro locations throughout the Carolinas by mutual agreement
Your Role:
· Assist in developing industry leading QA/QC vision and strategy
· Lead the company’s QA/QC program and implementation of associated policies and procedures
· Key Communication:
o Provide regular QA/QC program updats to client’s management team
o Manage, update and disseminate company quality control program requirements
o Provide training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process, including policy parameters, audit processes and responses to third party inquiries related to QA/QC
o Ensure that all personnel working on projects understand the related codes and specification requirements
· Create, Manage and Track Quality metrics and program requirements
· Interact with all internal levels of team members: electricians & helpers, supervisory & management, as well as executive team members
Your Credentials/Experience
· MS Office Suite proficient
· Able to read and interpret blueprints (all trades) and specifications for advanced work layout & planning.
· Working knowledge of and the ability to refer to current National Electrical Code
· Able to positively identify colors of wire
· Understand and perform basic math functions and tape measurement.
· Prefer to have ten or more years of proven (industrial/commercial) electrical experience
· Electrical licensure is highly preferred
· Must have appropriate state driver’s license and good driving record
· Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screenings
