We’re looking for a Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Marble Falls area. This is a great opportunity for a dependable technician who enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, and increasing their earning potential by recommending products and services that genuinely benefit the homeowner.
If you have an active Texas HVAC license, EPA certification, and at least two years of residential service experience, we’d love to speak with you.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems- Service equipment from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Mitsubishi, Payne, and other major brands
- Perform residential HVAC installations and system replacements
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations and professional recommendations
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, indoor air quality products, and additional services
- Prepare estimates for full system replacements when qualified
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required job documentation
- Keep your company vehicle and work area organized and professional
- Participate in the seasonal on-call rotation
- Provide phone support to the on-call technician when needed
What We’re Looking For
Active Texas HVAC license- Current EPA certification
- At least two years of residential HVAC service experience
- Experience independently operating a service van or truck
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of major residential HVAC systems and components
- Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills
- Dependable weekday attendance and a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and respect for customers’ homes
- Ability to recommend additional products and services ethically
Additional Skills That Will Help You Succeed
Experience installing or servicing UV light and indoor air quality systems- Ability to estimate complete HVAC system replacements
- Previous success offering upgrades and additional services
- Residential HVAC installation and replacement experience
On-Call Schedule
During the busy season from May through September, technicians typically participate in an on-call rotation approximately two weekends per month. Offseason scheduling may be flexible and negotiable.
Technicians who are not on rotation may occasionally provide phone support to the technician handling on-call service.
Location and Relocation
Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following communities:
Marble Falls- Burnet
- Horseshoe Bay
- Spicewood
