What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair motor control systems — replace fuses, motor starters, relays, and more.
- Maintain 3-phase and 1-phase equipment including pumps, agitators, air compressors, hydraulic systems, and packaging equipment.
- Work with critical plant instrumentation like flow meters, level meters, temperature and pressure transmitters.
- Perform electrical tasks such as wiring/unwiring motors, drives, valves, and instrumentation devices.
- Respond to PLC-controlled system alarms and troubleshoot as needed.
- Conduct fabrication work — welding, piping, and assembly projects.
- Repair and maintain mobile equipment like forklifts, aerial lifts, and pallet jacks.
- Keep mechanical systems compliant with all state and safety regulations.
- Interface with warehouse management systems and troubleshoot ASRS fault codes.
- Support operations by assisting with batch system programming troubleshooting.
- Always prioritize safety and adhere to work permit and operational protocols.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- 5 years of proven maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience working with PLC programming and automation technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, single-line, ladder, and isometric diagrams.
- Welding and piping assembly skills are highly valued.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
