🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances including solar, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, washers, and dryers
- Use tools like multi-meters and diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical and mechanical issues
- Respectfully work inside customers’ homes, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with customers about the problem, solution, pricing, and next steps
- Track service visits, repair status, and parts orders using job tracking software
- Research repair processes and parts using technical resources
- Suggest and explain additional services such as preventive maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, solar or appliance protection plans
✅ What You’ll Need:

Experience in in-home appliance repair for a wide range of appliances
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Clean background and drug screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to learn job tracking software and technical research tools
