Job Summary
Blue Collar Heating and Cooling is Growing! We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation professional to join our winning TEAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards while providing all clients with a 5 STAR experience.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Plumb and weld components as necessary for system installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Attend weekly trainings to stay up to date on new industry products and standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform residential equipment installations.
- Familiarity with high efficient HVAC equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a TEAM in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record is a requirement.
- Must consent to a pre-employment background screening.
