Through this partnership, Blue Coat Development, Inc. is tasked with providing and executing sales solutions on behalf of AT&T, which include communicating with new and existing customers, delivering compelling and personalized sales presentations, and processing order requests. Just like AT&T, we hold integrity, respect, and transparency at the forefront of all customer interactions and are seeking an Entry-Level Account Advisor who embodies these qualities at their core.

As the Entry-Level Account Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to increase sales for AT&T's telecommunications division. Your work will not only drive customer acquisition and retention but also promote brand loyalty among AT&T's customer base. Our Entry-Level Account Advisors act as the middleman between our clients and their customers, focusing on creating personalized, lasting relationships. Through these interactions, our Entry-Level Account Advisors educate customers on products and services that may fit their lifestyles while spreading brand awareness throughout Irving, TX, and surrounding areas for our clients.

A Typical Day as an Entry-Level Account Advisor:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing AT&T customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored telecommunications sales solutions.
• Conduct personalized sales presentations face-to-face with customers, in our big box retail locations, that highlight the benefits of AT&T's products and services, ensuring customers receive clear and transparent information.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and processed.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing exceptional service that fosters trust and loyalty.
• As an Entry-Level Account Advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. What We're Looking for in an Entry-Level Account Advisor:

• A high school diploma is required; must be 18 years or older to apply
• 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Client-focused: You're passionate about building strong relationships and providing high-quality service to clients
• Sales-driven: You're motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• Strong communicator: You can easily connect with customers, presenting complex solutions in clear and understandable terms

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
