Blue Coat Development, Inc. is hiring an AT&T Team Member to join our sales team. In partnership with AT&T, you’ll work directly with customers in assigned locations to provide personalized sales support and help them find wireless products and services that meet their needs.

AT&T Team Member - Core Duties:
- Sales Engagement: Initiate positive relationships with customers through professional, face-to-face sales interactions.
- Customer Assessment: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about AT&T products, services, promotions, and available solutions.
- Customer Service: Answer sales questions and address customer concerns while providing a positive experience.
- Sales Processing: Accurately process customer orders and maintain required sales information.
- Sales Goals: Work toward daily and weekly sales targets while contributing to team performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members to achieve shared goals.
- Professional Development: Develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, and customer relationship management.
Qualifications of the Ideal AT&T Team Member:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Motivated to learn and develop sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, marketing, or telecommunications experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
