Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Production Manager will oversee production operations, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold quality standards. Daily duties include managing the production schedule, supervising staff, coordinating with project managers and clients, optimizing resource allocation, and enforcing safety protocols on-site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring efficiency throughout all stages of production.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, project management, and operations management
- Leadership, team management, and people skills to effectively oversee and guide production staff
- Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

- Spanish and english bilingual needed
