Administer and secure a cloud ERP environment, managing system integrations and transport processes, and supporting platform operations across development, testing, and production landscapes. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical owner for cloud platform governance, upgrades, monitoring, and operational stability.
MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DETROIT AREA AND ABLE TO BE 2-3 DAYS ONSITE. MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE.
Job Duties
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, onboarding/offboarding activities, and access governance processes
- Administer identity management services, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and enterprise identity integrations
- Coordinate transport management activities across development, quality assurance, and production environments
- Oversee cloud landscape administration, tenant management, environment readiness, and system refresh activities
- Configure and support integrations between ERP applications and connected business systems using APIs and communication frameworks
- Maintain platform monitoring, alerting, exception management, and operational dashboards
- Coordinate ERP upgrade cycles, release planning, testing activities, and production deployments
- Govern extensibility standards, platform compliance, security controls, audit processes, and vendor support activities
Skills & Experience
Required
- 3 years of SAP administration experience
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or comparable cloud ERP platforms
- Experience administering SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SSO, MFA, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD integrations
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including subaccount administration and service entitlements
- Experience with cloud transport management, Software Collections, and release governance processes
- Strong understanding of SAP security, business roles, catalogs, authorizations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles
- Experience managing communication systems, communication arrangements, and API integrations
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM administration and monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

- SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification
- Experience with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite
- Experience supporting retail, commerce, POS, or order management environments
- Knowledge of omnichannel order management and pricing platforms
- Experience with ABAP Cloud development concepts and RAP framework
- Experience supporting cloud ERP upgrade and release management cycles
- Knowledge of audit logging, information lifecycle management, and cloud compliance controls
