Responsibilities
- Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, jigs, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and make necessary adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders)
- Support production by ensuring tools meet quality standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment
Requirements
- 3 years of toolmaking or machining experience
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Experience with manual machining (CNC is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Experience with molds, dies, or custom fixtures
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
