Our company looking for a Licensed Plumber to service our N. Charlotte Metro Market. Always home at night, typical days are 8-5p, with 2 days off each week including every Sunday. We are looking for a professional who is eager work and have the opportunity to earn more monthly, based on job completion. We are looking for a long term employee who wants stability in salary and schedule with an opportunity earn bonuses each month!
**Year one income Opportunity - $70-90k . Year two $75k-100k without the headache of owning a business.**
Main Responsibilities of a Plumbing Coordinator:
- You must be Honest, Ethical, and Accountable.
- You will be servicing residential homes for a wide range of plumbing projects from start to finish and ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient and quality manner. We pride ourselves in service (Over 4500 - 5 star Reviews)
- Main type of residential work - water heaters, PRV, line repair, fixing leaks, shower cartridges and valves, essentially anything that can fail in the residential setting.
- You must be well-versed in all plumbing methodologies, procedures, and code able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
- You will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master Licensed plumber who enjoys your trade with at least 5 years experience
- Has own Service Vehicle (Truck/VAN) (Vehicle Stipend included $500/month)
- Love the idea of growth and making more
- Ambitious and don't mind hard work
- Experience with Customer service and building client relationships
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starts with a $70K -90k in year one (which includes Bonus)
