Are you a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in turning a house into a home? We are seeking a Home Renovation Specialist with a strong background in service plumbing to join our growing team. If you have an eye for quality, a versatile skillset, and the ability to correct subpar work with ease, we want to hear from you.
This position is based in the Kissimmee area, but your journey will begin with a paid onboarding week in Tampa to align with our leadership team.
What the First Week Looks Like
Onboarding: Your first week will be spent in Tampa working side-by-side with our Supervisors to align on quality standards and confirm your skillset. (Expenses paid)
The Launch: Once your initial week is complete, you will transition fully to conducting high-level renovation work back in your home market of Kissimmee and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Plumbing First: Execute service plumbing tasks safely, efficiently, and up to code within residential renovation projects.
Full-Scope Renovations: Utilize a diverse home renovation skillset to complete various remodeling tasks.
The "Fixer": Deliver top-tier quality work, with the unique ability to step in and fix the mistakes that others leave behind.
Tech-Savvy Tracking: Use smartphone technology daily to log updates, track jobs, and communicate with the team via Salesforce.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Vehicle: Must own a reliable Truck or Van capable of transporting tools and materials (Vehicle stipend provided!).
Driving Record: Possess a clean driving record.
Screening: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug test.
Communication: High reliability is a must. You must be able to show up on time and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable using a smartphone and adaptable to learning/using Salesforce for daily operations.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
Vehicle Stipend: Financial support to cover the wear and tear on your truck/van. ($500/Month)
