We are looking for a dependable and professional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our rental properties. This role involves working directly with tenants, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are well-managed and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with tenants regarding questions, concerns, and lease agreements
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors
- Collect rent and track payments
- Conduct property inspections
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations
Requirements
