Dishwasher

We are looking for a reliable and responsible person. This is an important position in a restaurant. You must be able to work at a fast pace. You must be available weekends.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RESTAURANT.

DUTIES:

• Wash dishes, cookware, prep areas, refrigerator, wipe down walls, and floors.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Breakdown boxes and bring trash to dumpster.
• Occasionally help with prep work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manual dexterity to wash and dry kitchenware and tableware.
• Ability to keep kitchen clean and tidy.
• Reliability, professionalism and keen sense of cleanliness.
• Organizational skills.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Ability to communicate with the Chef, managers, and cooks.
• Thorough attention to detail, excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
• Excellent stamina to work long hours.
