What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Blue Cave Restaurant?
We are looking for a reliable and responsible person. This is an important position in a restaurant. You must be able to work at a fast pace. You must be available weekends.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RESTAURANT.
DUTIES:
- Wash dishes, cookware, prep areas, refrigerator, wipe down walls, and floors.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Breakdown boxes and bring trash to dumpster.
- Occasionally help with prep work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manual dexterity to wash and dry kitchenware and tableware.
- Ability to keep kitchen clean and tidy.
- Reliability, professionalism and keen sense of cleanliness.
- Organizational skills.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Ability to communicate with the Chef, managers, and cooks.
- Thorough attention to detail, excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
- Excellent stamina to work long hours.
