This role plays a vital part in creating a positive and inclusive living environment by connecting residents with resources, coordinating community programming, and serving as a trusted liaison between residents and property management.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents seeking resources or support services.

• Collaborate with property management to ensure resident needs and concerns are addressed.

• Build partnerships with local organizations and service providers to connect residents with resources.

• Assist residents in navigating affordable housing programs, benefits, and compliance requirements.

• Track participation and outcomes of engagement initiatives; prepare reports for management.

• Support occupancy goals by encouraging resident retention through community-building strategies.

• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple programs and events.

• Knowledge of community resources, resident assistance programs, and support services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning property management software.
